Galust Grigoryan

Russian Armenian Artist Galust Grigoryan is remarkable for complicated observing way of thinking, full of emotional and intellectual concentration. His paintings are full of pictures connected with world cognition with its richness and diversity of forms. Imaginary scenes, where plastic expressive forms grow and develop under our very eyes, replace each other and some higher reality, seen by sharp eye and portrayed by firm hand, can be sensed.
Each painting is distinguished by the artist’s unique way of thinking his master in giving concrete expression to what he wants to say, and his ability never to lose his personal signature.
On another dimension, Grigoryan’s art is so diverse that it not only enriches his creations but it also opens up for art a universal manifestation of a philosophy of perceiving life.The artist seek a dialog with time, people, and himself in an attempt to bring out the reality of life not only in our time but also in the future.
“Evil resumes its march from time to time, and therein I always see the beginnings of temptation,” say Grigoryan.  “Yet it is not so hard for a man who aspires for the good and the perfect of resist all temptations”.
