“Art is a call of Nature that reaches us through people.
The More faithful people remain to their nature, the more convincing and
exciting their art will be. And just thanks to these special characters,
the works of Gayane Khachaturian fascinate viewers: these works introduce
us to the original, exiting and poetical works”.

Sunday, May 3, 2009 Press Release
Gayane Khachadurin (1942 – 2009)
(Gayaneh Levonovna Khachatrian)
It is with great sorrow that today, in Tbilisi, Georgia, after a long and serious illness, my dear and most loyal friend, Gayane Khachadurin passed away. Today heaven got one more angel. Gayane departed this earth and left to us one of her greatest treasures--her art, which was composed of love, respect and goodness.

Gayane was an Armenian artist who had an amazing creative talent, which was full of love and compassion. Today the art industry lost this amazing 21st century master artist. She had a very unique technique with her paintbrush, which no one can ever duplicate with the love and passion she put into her work. Her message of love, respect and spirituality will grow stronger every day through the artwork she left behind.
I will miss her forever.  I send my deepest sympathy to her family and friends who stood by her side until the very end.

Gayane, I will miss you forever…
